We’re excited to announce that we have expanded our Patient Care Coordinators’ schedules to ensure our patients can jumpstart their aesthetic journey as soon as possible! Many patients interested in booking a consultation may not realize they can choose to either meet with a Plastic Surgeon or a Patient Care Coordinator. So, let’s dive into the difference between the two options and review the benefits of booking a consultation with a PCC!

Who Is A Patient Care Coordinator?

A Patient Care Coordinator is your primary contact with our office who will help you navigate the aesthetic process from day one. If you choose a PCC consult, they will evaluate you, create a tailored surgical plan, provide a quote, review financing options, as well as schedule your pre and post-op appointments. We understand considering plastic surgery is a big commitment, so you can count on our PCCs to make you feel comfortable and answer any of your questions during your time with HZ! You can rest assured you’re in great hands as they have been personally trained by our plastic surgeons and have a depth of knowledge about each of our plastic surgery options.

💰 Lower Consultation Fee

The consultation fee with a Patient Care Coordinator is $50 vs $100 with a Plastic Surgeon.

🗓️ Sooner Availability

Having a PCC consultation can get you into our office sooner, allowing you to “jump the line” and get your surgery booked before others that would prefer to wait for a consultation with one of our plastic surgeons.

🤔 Ideal For Patients Who Are Not Sure Which Surgeon They Prefer

During a consultation with a PCC, you will have the opportunity to review our gallery of patient transformations AND all of the available surgical dates for each of our amazing plastic surgeons. This ultimately gives you the ability to pick whoever or whenever works best for YOU.

❤️ You Will Still Meet Your Plastic Surgery Before Surgery

If you decide to move forward with surgery after your PCC consult, we will then schedule a virtual consultation with your selected plastic surgeon to confirm your surgical plan!

What Is The Difference Between A Consultation With A Patient Care Coordinator And A Plastic Surgeon?

The biggest difference is that you will not meet your plastic surgeon until after you have already booked your surgery and placed your deposit. For example, if you come in for a Patient Care Coordinator consultation, you will meet with your PCC, discuss your surgical goals, and receive a detailed quote. If you decide to move forward, we will then schedule a virtual consultation with your selected plastic surgeon along with your surgery, pre-op, and post-op appointments. During your virtual consultation, you will meet your plastic surgeon to confirm your surgical plan. For PCC consults, all deposits are refundable until you meet with your plastic surgeon and are 100% confident that you would like to move forward!
