Aly is one of our incredible Patient Care Coordinators at HZ Plastic Surgery. She has 8 years of experience in hospitality/sales and her ultimate passion resides in patient care! As a Patient Care Coordinator, she carefully listens to our patient’s goals and crafts a surgical treatment plan during their consultation to help meet their cosmetic vision. Her ultimate goal is to establish a sense of trust and comfortability with each patient she meets while ensuring they are supported every step of the way - from the moment you walk in the door to your final post-op appointment, Aly is committed to providing you a 5-star experience.
Think of her as your personal concierge, advocate, advisor, and biggest fan! Supporting her patients on their adventure to better themselves and helping their dreams become a reality is one of her greatest joys. When she’s not working, you can find her at a theme park riding roller coasters with her family, kayaking at the springs, or enjoying a night in while binging Harry Potter movies.

The consultation fee with a Patient Care Coordinator is $50 VS $100 with a Plastic Surgeon.
The consultation fee is non-refundable and due at the time of booking. However, if you decide to book a procedure, the consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your procedure!

Ideal For Patients Who Don’t Have A Preferred Plastic Surgeon
A consultation with a Patient Care Coordinator is an amazing option for a patient who doesn’t have their heart set on a particular surgeon or would like to book their surgery as soon as possible. During a consultation with a PCC, you will have the opportunity to review our gallery of patient transformations AND all available surgical dates for each of our amazing plastic surgeons. This ultimately allows you to pick whoever or whenever works best for YOU.

The biggest difference is that you will not meet your plastic surgeon until after you have already booked your surgery and placed your deposit. For PCC consults, all deposits are refundable until you meet with your plastic surgeon and are 100% confident that you would like to move forward!
During a PCC consultation, you will discuss your surgical goals, receive a detailed quote, review financing options, and view surgery availability. If you decide to move forward, we will then schedule a virtual consultation with your selected plastic surgeon along with your surgery, pre-op, and post-op appointments. During your virtual consultation, you will meet your plastic surgeon to confirm your surgical plan.
