How Long Is Brazilian Butt Lift Recovery?
Following your surgery, you may experience pain, swelling, or soreness as this is very normal. You will be required to wear a compression garment to reduce any swelling at the location of your incision and liposuction areas. Typically, patients return to work 1 week after surgery depending on their line of work, however no cardiovascular activity or heavy lifting (>5lbs) is allowed for approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
It is important to understand that your exact recovery time depends on the extent of your procedure and how your body responds to the surgery. Brazilian Butt Lift Techniques:
Fat transfer: This technique involves using liposuction to collect fat from other areas of the body (commonly targeted places are hips, abdomen, back, etc.). Typically, silicone implants are the choice used by surgeons as it is provides a natural look and feel. Once the implant is in place, it provides a fuller, rounder buttock appearance.
