Our very own Frances Leonardo, a surgical technician at HZ Plastic Surgery, is known around here for her incredible, life-altering transformation a few years back! After doing yo-yo diet after yo-yo diet, Frances finally got tired of being unhealthily overweight, struggling with high cholesterol, and being unable to tie her own shoes. But her struggles went beyond the image in the mirror. Depression began to take root, as felt her sense of self beginning to slip away. That’s when she consulted with Dr. Z and decided it was time for a change.
She committed to dieting the right way, lost all of the weight for good, then scheduled a mommy makeover to help regain her body! Breast Implant Removal
Margarete, a beautiful brunette in love with hairdressing, was living her life and styling hair thirteen years after a breast implant surgery in Brazil. Without explanation, she started to feel very ill; her hands and feet had a mysterious tingling sensation, she began having frequent heart palpitations, her back and soon other parts of her body began to ache. The pain became so unbearable she could no longer work a full day.
After consulting doctor after doctor, trying test after test, a cause couldn’t be determined. That’s when a friend found what might be the solution.
As it turned out, Margarete’s breast implants used thirteen years prior had been recalled due to toxic seepage. When Margarete realized that this was happening, she immediately contacted HZ Plastic Surgery for emergency removal. Using an En Bloc technique, Doctor Z was able to get Margarete the perfect size and shape while all immediately eliminating her symptoms of implant toxicity. Today she’s back to doing what she loves full time, living her best life.

After an unexplainable bout of auto-immune illness, Hope was determined to get her life— and her body— back from the brink of near-death experience.
